See each day as being one step closer to your dreams. Keep your thought on the positive side. Remember the reason why you are exercising in the first place. One big step you can do to get your motivation rolling is to change up you workout routine once in awhile to keep it fresh. Mix it up a bit.

  • My diet stinks: Are you getting bored with you diet? Is it the same old bland foods. Is the temptation killing you? If you don’t like your diet you will not stick with it. You can’t force yourself day in and day out to put up with a diet you can not tolerate.

What can you do?

The first thing you need to realize is that a diet is not some magic formula to lose weight. Your diet is the fuel to keep your body running. Put bad gas in your car, your car runs bad. Put bad food in your body, your body runs bad.

You need to find a diet that fits you. You need to take a common sense approach to eating. The greasy double meat double cheese burger with fries is bad for you. The donuts at work are bad for you. Start thinking about what you are putting in your body. A diet isn’t about starvation.
